Quinoa

The originality of bread made with organic quinoa flour is the result of a partnership between artisan bakers and the Minoterie Suire. Quinoa is a plant with very special qualities, traditionally grown on the high plateaux of the Andes. We select the seeds from traditional Peruvian growers who work with respect for ancestral cultures. The light quinoa flour has a very soft crumb and the red quinoa seeds add extra crunch.
